Dealing with problems in life

Well, lets face it. Bad times are not so easy to get through. You just feel low and it's hard to comprehend matters that are just not going the way you would want them to be.

I have had to face a lot of situations that are like that and tell you the truth, again, it's just not easy.

But what I try to do is to be strong and keep the energy to face the things as they are. I like to work for a solution rather than sit around and do nothing. Because sitting around just isn't going to get you anywhere. Working for a solution might.

Some problems just don't have solutions. That's alright, you just have to get over it and start a new page in your life. That's it.

Hope for the best.:)

My idea of a good movie

My idea of a good movie is all about fantasy. Things that don't happen in real life but happen in movies, like people having special powers or something from out of the ordinary happens that wouldn't really happen in the real world.

I like to imagine myself in their places and see how cool it might be to be like that. Imagination is the key. The more a movie makes me imagine good things is the more I like about it.

I posted this on mylot.com on the same topic.

Losing your dog

Me on Mylot.com about this topic:

That's a tough one buddy. I know how it is. Because I keep dogs as pets too. I know it's difficult to deal with. But you have to understand the fact that everybody has to move on from this world to another sometime.

Some people find it helpful to get another pet so that they can heal their hearts with the thought of caring for their new pets. While praying their old pet is in a new home that was better than the one they have now.:)

Hang in there.

What do I really want?

Me on Mylot.com on this topic:

That's a good question. Something I often ask myself in my thoughts too. Apart from the material things in life that almost everybody wants what do I really want?

And whenever it comes to that I find myself nowhere. I don't know what I want if it wasn't the fantasies of our worldly life. I tend to take the material things like, cars, exotic woman, money etc out of the picture because these things never have an end to them at all. Seems like after getting one thing you'll feel satisfied with it enough to want another one. It's just a never ending cycle.

So what is there really that I could want once and upon getting it would satiate me forever.

That's what I always think and ponder about in my thoughts and never seem to come to a particular conclusion!

Selling a Laptop

My good friend who is my boss as well wanted to sell his Sony Vaio Dual Core processor laptop a month back. So he asked me if I wanted to buy it. Knowing that it was a little expensive and my boss would want to get the most out of me simply gave me no choice but to decline his offer.

But I couldn't do that directly, since he was my boss and wouldn't like it that way. So I gave him another suggestion about selling his laptop. I told him I'll help him sell his laptop ask a few of my friends.

I also gave him an awesome idea about posting an Ad on a free classifieds website. He didn't know anything about it so asked me to post an Ad for him.

I kindly did that because it seemed simple enough for me and also would score some good points if it worked.

Lucky me, it started working right away. He got a few calls next day and was pretty happy about the results.

Turns out he decided no to sell in the end and asked me to delete the Ad. He got tired of the repeated calls he'd been getting from interested buyers.

Anyway, it worked out is what really matters in the end.

Stupid Ad On YouTube

What the HELL is the problem with YouTube and this crazy ad for a stupid video on the front page? It's making me go crazy. It's too damn annoying. There's no point of it being on there anyway. The guy is in a really stupid close up and that's really making him look UGLY!

Take it off YouTube!

Same text floats all over!

It's funny to note how many times people copy paste one thing or another from a place on the internet and post it somewhere else. This is very common with reviews about movies, music, computers, games and what not.

Just for example, I found this text on comingsoon.net here (http://www.comingsoon.net/films.php?id=50766),

In the second installment of Stephenie Meyer's phenomenally successful "Twilight" series, the romance between mortal and vampire soars to a new level as Bella Swan (Kristen Stewart) delves deeper into the mysteries of the supernatural world she yearns to become part of—only to find herself in greater peril than ever before.

Just Google it and you'll see there are Results 1 - 10 of about 2,780,000 just for this little piece of literature I got from there.

Now I don't know if people were copying from ComingSoon.Net or everybody copied from somewhere else or everybody else simply decided to get it from there. But now you know how many times same text floats over and over on the internet.

Isn't that spam? lol

Gotta listen to this song. It's amazing..

Wikipedia wants to rely on donations?

I don't understand why Wikipedia would want people to donate for them when they can easily get heavy sponsors to run their website easily!

There's no shame in getting sponsors or running advertisements. It's a part of the business. It's such a classy website, they really shouldn't have to 'ask' people for handouts.

That's what I think.

IGN Daily Fix 11-25 Free PS3 Question Answer.

On the show Jess asked about the Number for the shuttle on which Captain Kirk asks his wife to escape.

The answer is, Medical Shuttle 37. Which was one of several shuttles that evacuated the heavily damaged starship during its battle with the Narada. James T. Kirk was born on this shuttle.

Good Luck!

I cheat on Yahoo! Chess sometimes!

It's hard to win every other time in chess even when all your plans to control your opponent fail. So for that very reason I use a pretty easy way to cheat on Yahoo! Chess to win games and satisfy my ego for a while or two.

It's easy really, all I do is open a new game in ChessMaster9000 choosing the computer as the side I'll be taking my moves. All I do is record my opponent's moves in the game and play the moves in my Yahoo! chess game that computer responds to in the other game.

It's a cool con, I read about it in a Sidney Sheldon novel once. It's the novel in which a girl cons people a lot. She meets a guy who cons peoples too, so they have a pretty nice story with each other. Forgot the name of that novel.

Anyway, it's fun and thought I would mention it too.
